Requirements
No specific equipment or prior experience is required to participate in our Cross Training, Women’s Boxing, or Pilates, classes. For boxing trial sessions, gloves are provided. Participants must simply be 18 years of age or older.

Already a member? You can also book Free Access time slots to come and train independently at the studio. These slots are updated on a weekly basis, so availability may vary from one week to another. To view the current schedule and reserve your spot, please consult our application.
