What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of small group trainings suitable for all levels, including women’s boxing, pilates and cross training. Check our page « Training » for the full class timetable.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, booking is required to secure your spot, as we keep our class sizes small to ensure personalized attention. You can buy credits and book through our website.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

For our Pilates and Cross Training classes, all necessary equipment is provided. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. For our Women’s Boxing Class, you’re expected to bring your gloves (except for a trial class).

Are there changing rooms or showers?

Yes, we have changing rooms and showers available for your convenience.
